Carol Sinclair
Carol is a Canadian citizen originally from Vancouver. Her experience in local real estate dates back to 1979 with
the purchase of a lot at the El Cid Golf Course and has worked in real estate sales since 1986 giving Carol a unique
perspective of the local market and the Mexican real estate purchasing process.
As well as providing real estate services, Carol has been involved in the community as columnist for the Pacific Pearl, a
member of Mazatlan's Humane Society (Amigos de Los Animales), an active member of the El Cid Golf and Country Club, and
also oversaw the management of the local Chamber of Commerce Day Care Center with a staff of 30 employees and over 100
children for three years.
Carol speaks and writes fluent English and Spanish and has acted as an interpreter in legal proceedings.

I'm
Nancy Dietrich. Like many of my clients, I searched México for a place to retire. When I reached Mazatlán
seven years ago, I knew I was home.
Being a former Canadian financial executive, I saw the wonderful potencial here for
property investment. And now as an agent for Walfre Real Estate, I use that professional background to seek out the best
deals for my clients to match their preferred lifestyles.

Brona Cole, ex Vancouverite via Ireland, having worked and lived in Honolulu and Palm Desert for the past 7 years,
found that she needed a warm place to retire. The retirement city also had to have an active cultural environment and
a thriving local community that not only relied on tourism and retirees. Thus Mazatlan. She moved here in ´07,
bought a home which required extensive renovations, and then joined Walfre Real Estate. She believes that her
experience as a labour negotiator, mediator and advocate assists her in understanding and reconciling her clients
needs and finances with the appropriate property. With Walfre she found a real estate firm that matches her values
of integrity, honesty, customer service and humour.
Tennis is her avocation with golf a runner up. She also volunteers as an English teacher in the poorest districts
with Friends of Mexico.
